Nursing Assistant

Helping the ward sister in indenting & checking of drugs & supplies & maintaining the inventory. Maintaining nursing procedure. Sterilization of articles. Making rounds with doctors & senior nursing personnel.

Keeping all the patient record up to date. Observing the patient condition and taking prompt action. Recording & reporting patient condition as & when required. Providing direct supervision over patient care carried out by the student in her ward.

Participating in clinical teaching programme. Helping the student nurses in giving health education to the patient. Attending in-service class regularly.
