Procurement Manager (100% On-Site Role)

• This is a full-time, on-site role at our central store in Udaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for the central store in Ankur Complex, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of supplies for various departments.
• Liaise with department heads to understand their specific supply requirements and source appropriate products.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for office-related products and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Maintain an organized inventory of items and materials purchased for the central store, ensuring stock levels are adequate to meet departmental demands.
• Process orders received from different departments and ensure timely delivery of requested items from the central store.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and timely deliveries while adhering to budget constraints.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or payment.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and maintain detailed records of purchases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an office supply or central store management environment.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requests from different departments.
• Experience in inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
