Planning Manager (100% On-Site Role)

• World of Humanity (WOH) Udaipur
• This is a full-time, on-site role at our construction site in Udaipur.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning and scheduling process for the World of Humanity hospital and office complex project, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring that goals, timelines, resources, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to align project deliverables and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve any scheduling conflicts, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, offering updates on timelines, resources, and overall progress.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely procurement, keeping the project within budget while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on detail and quality.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
