Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and strategic development of virtual workshops.
- Manage and guide the Program Coordination team to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workshop content and delivery.
- Develop and implement long-term program strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Foster relationships with industry experts, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor event trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Oversee event budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
- Analyze data to measure program success and recommend improvements.
- Represent the organization at industry programs and conferences.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated success in program management and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful programs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and growth.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial aspects of programs/ projects.
- High level of professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in educational or professional development programs is a significant advantage.
