• Lead a team of Process Executives to ensure successful event execution.
• Liaise with speakers, facilitators, and partners to finalize event details.
• Oversee event logistics, including registrations, technical setup, and participant communication.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract the target audience.
• Monitor event timelines and manage potential deviations or issues.
• Collaborate with the content team to enhance workshop materials and engagement.
• Analyze post-program feedback and data to enhance future programs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members for their skill and career development.
