Role & responsibilities

1. Main Key Deliverable will be appointing and managing New Distributors for new Private business.
2. To achieve agreed sales, profit and collection targets for the Region
3. Key Dealer / Retailer/mechanic Network Expansion and conversion at key markets
4. Payment norms implementation and timely collection from channel partners as per company policy
5. Credit management, ensure zero bad debts and reconciliation of accounts with channel partners on quarterly basis
6. Effective utilization of CFA /depot and proper inventory management-zero over 60 days stocks.
7. Sales promotion initiatives and ground demand generation activities like Sell in Sell out, MCP, RCP, Nukkad Meets, service camps, Mega retailer and Mechanic meet etc.
8. To adhere company policy and reporting norms and effective implementation of marketing schemes and taking owner ship for ROI of scheme
9. Channel relationship management build strong relationship with Distributors, key retailers and key mechanics in key markets
10. Market intelligence feedback and responsible for customer satisfaction feedback in his assigned region.
11. DSR training and Management
12. Effective utilization of IT tools provided like Bizom for travel and market visit planning and execution
