QC Executive - Packaging Material, Silvassa

Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a QC Executive for Packaging Material who will be based in our plant at Falandi in Silvassa.

JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

1. Responsible for all filled material meets as per spec / customer / legal requirement.
2. Responsible for inspection of all finish goods material meets as per specification / customer / legal requirement through PDIR.
3. Ensure / check all FGBOMS correct in advance to avoid filling time loss.
4. Responsible for all reworked material meets as per specification /customer / legal requirement.
5. Ensure all packaging material correct before starting of filling operation
6. Ensure no rejection / damage of packaging material during filling operation. Timely Report to QA Manager during filling for on line rejection.
7. Support to QA / QC Manager for handling of customer complaint.
8. Maintain all quality records properly within timeline.
9. Conduct on job training / alertness / awareness among operators.
10. Responsible for weight balance verification before starting of filling operation & filling line clearance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality testing of Packaging Materials.
• Should be a Diploma / B.Sc. graduate preferably in Packaging Material.
