Objective:
To manage books of accounts for allocated projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Scrutiny, Processing & Passing of Contractors / Suppliers Bills
2. Ensure timely submission of invoices to the client and review of monthly bills of the
subcontractor / vendors.
3. Maintenance of book of accounts
4. Ensuring accuracy of Cash and Bank transactions
5. Preparation of Cash flow statements on a monthly basis
6. Reviewing and updating bank guarantee status of sub-contractor on periodic basis
7. Accounts payable internal audit
8. Vendor Management
9. Maintaining MIS reports
10. Review of Comparative statements, Bank guarantees & Finalization of work orders for
Sub Contractors on Tax Matters.
11. Monitoring funds & Monthly cash flow.
12. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement.
Skills, Experience & Education:
1. B.Com. / M.Com. / CA Inter / MBA - Finance
2. 4-7 Years of experience in handling accounting and finance functions with Professional Accounting
3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications & SAP is Must.
