Accounts Executive

We are looking to hire Accounts Executive for Kolkata Location with 3+ years of experience

Job Profile :

1) Receipt accounting on daily basis

2) Issue DN/CN on case to case basis

3) Issuing Sub Agency Credit Notes monthly activity

4) TDS receivable - Preparing file, sending mails to customers & followup, accounting the TDS certificates.

5) Accounting IBT invoices - Linde/Praxair shipments & passing of IBT JV's for knocking off the invoices to clear the outstanding.

6) Making advance payments, accounting of Airline invoices & knocking off the same after passing of the vouchers.

7) Assisting in MIS closing - Clearing of pending activity, Expense provisions (both Operational/Non operational) both Jeena & JFS & resolving system issues.
