Domestic Recruiter

Role: Domestic Junior Recruiter 2 to 3 years

Work location: Hyderabad

Work from office (5 days a week)

Teams followed by In person interview

PS.Note: This role is for junior recruiter with 2 - 3 years of domestic experience, must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through Job boards, online channels and networking
• Assist with screening resumes and applications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the ATS
• Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks
• Assist with on boarding new hires
• Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback

Qualifications

• Min of 2- 3 years of experience into recruitment
• Good experience with End to End recruitment process
• Good at Resume Screening, Interview Coordination, Communication, Time Management
• Proficient with social media
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
