Must have /Mandatory skills:

• Must be a qualified CA
• Minimum of 2 -3 End to end implementations for hospital/Healthcare
• senior resource from healthcare /Hospital domain with proven experience in End to End implementations & providing solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle ERP
• Must have working experience with healthcare/ Hospital clients
• Good experience in providing solutions Oracle projects particularly in healthcare/Hospital sector

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance/Fusion Solutions Architect with a strong background in the hospital/healthcare industry to oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Financials modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific financial requirements, and delivering value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oracle ERP Implementation & Management:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expense Management) tailored for the healthcare industry.
• Oracle ERP with other healthcare systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms.
• Manage financial data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

2. Healthcare Industry Alignment:

• Customize Oracle ERP solutions to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations
• Provide expertise in financial processes specific to the healthcare sector

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead a team of functional and technical consultants to deliver ERP solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure alignment of business goals with ERP functionality.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of financial processes such as patient billing, revenue cycle management, and insurance claims.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, and Expenses.
• Proficiency in Oracle tools

Functional Skills:

• In-depth understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements

Leadership Skills:

• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Oracle ERP Cloud certification (Financials).
• Familiarity with healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR) and interoperability requirements.
• Experience with EHR/RCM systems or similar platforms.
• PMP or Agile certification.
