Education

• MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM Pass out (Batch - 2023/2024/2025)
• 80% throughout 10th, 12th, UG, and PG.
• Specialization: - SCM/ Procurement

Knowledge & Experience

• Good domain knowledge in the respective specialization
• Min of 1+ years of experience into SCM with specialization in Procurement.
• Experience in Logistics and Sales will be added advantage.
• Able to understand the end to end supply chain process
• Prior working experience in mid to large size organization is desirable

Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management, along with excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
• Good presentation skills, interpersonal skills, customer handling capabilities
• Should be Proactive and have analytical thinking abilities
• Demonstrate ability to work independently
• Good team player with collaborative skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the latest business applications
• Quick learner with self-drive
• Open to travel abroad for short term/ long term
