Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in HR service delivery or HR operations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Experience: Work for other US based companies
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or CAPM can be beneficial.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow software.
