REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for a talented and passionate Pre-Sales Design Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our sales pitches, transforming complex data and concepts into visually compelling and persuasive presentations.
• You'll collaborate closely with our pre-sales team to develop impactful materials that win over technical decision-makers in the software and management consulting industries.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in creating sales collateral and visual aids.
• Understanding of brand consistency and ability to maintain it across all materials.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly in the B2B space.
• Experience working with technical audiences is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and the B2B sales cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop high-quality presentations, primarily in PowerPoint, that effectively communicate our value proposition to technical audiences.
• Create a variety of sales collateral, including placemat cards, video proposals, and other visual aids.
• Translate complex data and technical information into clear, concise, and engaging visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all sales materials.
• Collaborate with pre-sales team members to understand their needs and gather content for presentations.
• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices for visual communication.
• Manage and maintain a library of presentation templates and design assets.
