Role Objective: We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist/Expert to collaborate with senior executives, pre-sales teams, and leadership across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate key business strategies, products, services, and outcomes. You will ensure that all presentations are impactful, clear, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Presentation Creation & Design:
1. Develop and design high-quality, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other digital platforms.
2. Develop and maintain a repository of presentation templates for teams to easily access and utilize, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the creation of presentations.
3. Simplify complex information and data into clear, concise, and persuasive visual content.
4. Review and provide constructive feedback on, as well as enhance, MS Word and PowerPoint templates to ensure quality, and alignment with malomatia standards.
5. Customize templates, graphics, animations, and interactive elements to elevate the user experience and engagement.
2. Collaboration and Communication for effective Content Structuring:
1. Partner closely with executives, business leaders, and subject matter experts to understand key objectives and goals for presentations.
2. Collect, organize, and synthesize content (e.g., reports, data, research) to craft compelling presentations.
3. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the companys tone and messaging.
3. Brand Alignment:
1. Ensure all presentations adhere to corporate branding guidelines and maintain consistency across materials for both internal and external audiences.
2. Uphold the company's voice and messaging, ensuring presentations reflect the organization's identity.
4. Data Visualization:
1. Design and incorporate visually appealing charts, graphs, and other data visualizations to clarify complex data.
2. Use storytelling techniques to present data in a relatable and impactful way, ensuring the audience easily grasps key insights.

5. Feedback & Revision:

1. Gather feedback from stakeholders and integrate revisions to continuously enhance presentation quality.
2. Adapt and improve design and content creation processes based on feedback and changing business needs.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in presentation design, corporate communication, or a similar field.
• Design Tools Expertise:

a) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and other relevant software.

b) Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual storytelling techniques.

• Communication Skills:

a) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.

b) Ability to tailor content for different audiences (internal teams, clients, investors, etc.).

• Creativity & Attention to Detail:

a) A keen eye for design with attention to detail and consistency.

b) Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, digestible visual narratives.

• Project Management:

a) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

b) Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
