As an HR PowerPoint Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and informative presentations to support various HR initiatives and programs. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals to translate complex HR concepts into clear, engaging visuals that effectively communicate key messages to different stakeholders.

• Position - Presentation Specialist role
• Designation - Retainer (Please note that this role will be contractined for 1 year, depending upon your performance the contract period will be extended/renewed or a permanent role will be offered.)
• Required Notice Period - 15 to 20 days
• Location- Pune /Mumbai /Chandigarh
• Shift timing - general - Day shift
• Work mode: WFO

Responsibilities:

◾Design HR Presentations: Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations for HR-related topics such as onboarding, training, performance management, benefits, and HR policies.

◾Graphic Design: Utilize graphic design principles to enhance the visual appeal of presentations, including layout, color scheme, typography, and imagery.

◾Data Visualization: Present HR data and metrics in a clear and easy-to-understand format through charts, graphs, and infographics.

◾Template Development: Design and develop PowerPoint templates specifically tailored for HR purposes, ensuring consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.

◾Training Materials: Design training materials and resources, including slides, handouts, and interactive elements, to support HR training programs.

◾Employee Communications: Create engaging presentations for employee communications, such as company updates, HR announcements, and event promotions.

◾Employer Branding: Develop presentations to showcase the company's employer brand and culture, both internally and externally.

◾Collaboration: Collaborate with HR professionals to understand their requirements and objectives, and incorporate feedback into presentation designs.

Requirements:

◾Proficiency in PowerPoint: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide layout, animation, and master slides.

◾Graphic Design Skills: Strong design sense with the ability to create visually appealing presentations using design principles.

◾HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR concepts, policies, and procedures is preferred.

◾Data Visualization: Ability to present HR data effectively using charts, graphs, and other visual elements.

◾Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders.

◾Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency

Preferred Qualifications:

◾Bachelor's degree in graphic design, HR management, or a related field.

◾Experience working as a PowerPoint Designer, preferably in an HR or corporate setting.
