HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and design job
descriptions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely
resolution.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and
engagement.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and develop action plans for
improvement.
3. Performance Management & Vendor Management
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals.
• Provide coaching and support to managers for effective performance
evaluations.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed.
• To manage vendor and their payouts.
4. Learning and Development:
• Identify training needs and design learning programs to upskill employees in
line with industry trends.
• Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized technical training sessions.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and
industry standards.
• Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and
NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and
gratuity.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
• Design competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure salary parity within the tech industry.
• Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
7. Organizational Development:
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and
transformation.
• Drive employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and
milestones.
8. HR Technology and Analytics:
• Leverage HRMS tools for efficient workforce management.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to guide decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR tech trends to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years as an HR professional in the IT/Tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field (Masters preferred).
o Strong understanding of IT recruitment and workforce planning.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
o Deep knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
o Must have experience in Policy Formulations
o Should have skills for Vendor Management
o Experience in Campus recruitment and conducting walk-ins at greater
scale
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational initiatives.
Should have managed a team of 4+ before.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up, dynamic tech
environment.
