**Job Description:**

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associates, known as "Procurement Specialists," to join our team. The primary role of a Procurement Specialist is to connect with schools across India, introduce them to MyVerkopers platform, and encourage them to download our mobile app. Additionally, you will gather and understand the procurement requirements of schools, ensuring we can meet their sourcing needs effectively. Revenue generation and achieving targets will be a key component of this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify and connect with schools in India.

2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of MyVerkoper and its benefits to schools.

3. Encourage schools to download and use the MyVerkoper mobile app for procurement.

4. Gather detailed information about schools' procurement requirements and preferences.

5. Identify opportunities for revenue generation and upselling of myverkoper's services and products.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

8. Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, app downloads, and revenue generation.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation is preferred.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets and goals.

Must be fluent in Gujarathi, Hindi and English. Knowing Tamil, Telugu would be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and remotely from a home office.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
