We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of transforming careers through education.
Role & responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and connect with potential students via cold calling, warm calling, emails, and social media
🔹 Consultative Selling Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
🔹 Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing Maintain engagement with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions
🔹 Achieve Sales Targets Drive enrollments and meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas
🔹 CRM Management Track and update lead progress in CRM tools like LSQ/Salesforce
🔹 Handling Objections & Queries Address concerns and guide students through the admission process
🔹 Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and counseling teams for better lead conversions
Preferred candidate profile
✅ Experience: Fresher - 3 years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Admission Counseling (Education industry preferred)
✅ Education: Graduate in any discipline
