Back Office Executive

As a Back-End Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the team working on the ground. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and success of activities by managing the backend processes and communication.

Team Support:

Coordinate with the ground team to ensure that all necessary materials and information are available to them.

Respond to inquiries from the team and provide timely and accurate information.

Process information received from the ground team and ensure they are accurately entered into the system.

Communicate with customers in Regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, or Bengali, etc. providing support and information as needed.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, orders, and interactions.

Ensure that any issues or challenges faced by the team are communicated and resolved promptly.

Key Skills:

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling data and processing orders.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field).

Language: Good Communication in English and Hindi is required.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred.

Additional: Knowledge of any regional language like Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, or Bengali will be preferred.
