Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Recruiting Strategies: Create and execute effective recruiting plans to source top talent.
2. Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
3. Screen Resumes and Applications: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
4. Conduct Interviews: Perform initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
5. Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
6. Manage Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
7. Perform Background Checks: Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as needed.
8. Maintain Recruitment Records: Keep detailed records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
