Chief Financial Officer - Automobile Industry (15-26 yrs)

Designation: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Automobile Industry

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 15+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Dealership industry or a related sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership-

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

- Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making and long-term planning.

- Lead initiatives to improve financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis-

- Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

3. Compliance and Risk Management-

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.

- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.

- Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal teams to ensure compliance.

4. Team Leadership and Development-

- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and alignment.

5. Capital Management-

- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and liquidity planning.

- Drive fundraising efforts, manage banking relationships, and optimize capital structure.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

6. Operational Excellence-

- Partner with operations and sales teams to enhance efficiency and profitability.

- Implement robust financial systems, policies, and controls.

- Leverage technology to optimize financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- Proven track record in financial leadership roles, preferably in the automobile sector.

- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.

- Expertise in cost control, profitability analysis, and operational finance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial tools, and advanced Excel.
