About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with experience in AI-based projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a good understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and a proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and QA, to ensure the

successful implementation of projects.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

- Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.

- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and system specifications.

- Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and explore their applications in business contexts.

Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) or equivalent.

- 4+ years of total experience, including:

- At least 2 years of hands-on coding experience.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI-based projects.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred :

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
