Storefront (SF) Product Team

Myntra SF Product team builds products utilizing the technologies that personalize our customer’s shopping experience and enable the smooth flow of products from sellers to our customers’ doorstep

We work on areas such as building massive-scale mobile and web-applications, engaging user-interfaces, user personalization platform, content systems, search systems, imaging and visualization systems for products etc, We are a team where each individual has a huge impact and gets to experience the delight of your hard labor being visible to real users

You will work closely with the engineering, design & business in shaping our product and serve hundreds of millions of Indians! You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing SF organization and gain exposure to all the parts of a comprehensive ecommerce platform

Responsibilities

Ideal product manager will be passionate and will deliver an unparalleled customer, partner and user experience to establish Myntra as India’s largest fashion lifestyle marketplace destination

The role is part of the broader Customer Growth charter, focussing on the problems in the social & content commerce landscape, and building products targeting the younger customer cohorts

The product manager will create a strategy and roadmap, and lead the product charter for a unit within the overall product management organization

In this role, you will own and drive multi-year roadmap(s) which align the above user understanding with business objectives as well as competitive benchmarks to come up with practical and impactful solutions

You will prioritize the features based on business impact and work with engineering to deliver the roadmap

On a day to day basis, you will work with research, analytics, UX, data science, multiple engineering, business and third-party stakeholders

Given the wide span of projects in terms of systems & teams, you will be coordinating with a large number of stakeholders to ensure that charter is on track and moving evenly across different themes

Defining the metrics and owning the targets which align with the organization's goals

Desired Skills And Requirements

Total experience of more than 5+ years

4+ years of product management experience ideally for consumer web products or ecommerce

BE from premier schools

MBA a plus

Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders

Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive Product roadmap

Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks

Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle

Ability to partner with stakeholders with influence & credibility

Have business and tech savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends

Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities

Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development, with extensive user research

Bonus points: Must have worked in an Agile model using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Product Design experience is a definite plus
