About Team
This role rests within the Strategy, Planning & Analytics team, part of the Marketing function of Myntra.
Roles & Responsibilities
Broad responsibilities will include:
Building templates, dashboards in Excel /Google Sheet / PowerBI for operational and management reporting
Statistical and Analytical Models and methods for data analysis including issue diagnosis, problem dissection and tracking of results
Running and maintaining the reporting system
Data extraction as per business request for Ad hoc analysis
Assisting the team in data analysis and mining
Business analysis and understanding to highlight key lead indicators
Planning at different levels as per business requirements
Skills & Experience
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for Math and Business and ability to get their hands from the get going
2-4 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst in the E-Commerce domain would be preferred
Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL, R/Python.
Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects
Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
