Lead Associate - Marketing Analytics

Myntra is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Program Manager to support initiatives
aimed at enhancing Delivery Speed and Customer Experience (CX). This role is ideal for someone
with around three - four years of work experience in project management and a passion for driving
improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate
with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery speed and customer
experience.
Contribute to identifying and executing high-impact projects with innovative
solutions.
Analyze data and feedback to help inform project decisions and actions.
Help create and maintain project documentation, including charters and scorecards.
Support communication with stakeholders across various business units on project updates and
changes.
Program manage new initiatives such as hyperlocal and quick delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Around 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like Ror Python is a plus.
