Job Title: Purchase Executive

Reports to: Supply Lead

Location: Mylo office, Sector-44, Gurgaon

Key Deliverables:

• Raising Purchase Orders as per plan
• Creating new SKUs in systems
• Ensuring and maintaining on-time Price Changes are updated in system
• Organizing, securing and maintaining all files and records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Monitoring inventory in ERP system and update if theres any noticeable change/fluctuation
• Ensuring timely processing of invoices
• Ensuring invoices and packing lists are in correct format with all the necessary information
• Coordinating with logistics team for goods and sample transportation, GRN within timeline
• Checking and coordinating with accounts team for vendor payments as per due date
• Ensuring that debit notes are generated by accounts team against rejections from quality team

Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good MS Office/Excel working experience
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Basic knowledge of taxation, E waybill, contracts, other documentations
• Preferred industries: Ecommerce/Retail. Open to other industries too

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
