Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report on sales data, providing insights that support the sales team in achieving business objectives. You will work closely with the sales team to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and improve sales strategies by providing actionable recommendations.Role & responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

• Gather and compile sales data from various sources (CRM systems, Excel, ERP, etc.)
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue generation
• Create dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor sales data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
• Analyze sales trends, market behavior, and competitor performance to identify areas for improvement
• Provide insights and forecasts based on data analysis to assist in decision-making and strategy development
• Analyze customer demographics, buying patterns, and product performance to help refine sales tactics
• Coordinating with Distributors for business & MIS requirements
• Sales team attendance, target achievement, expense claim tracking
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (such as marketing, HR and finance) to provide data insights that align with business goals
• Assist the sales team with report generation and presentation of sales-related data
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and goals
• Manage and maintain sales MIS tools and systems (e.g., CRM, data analytics platforms)
• Ensure effective use of sales technologies and provide training to team members on relevant tools and processes

Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years of proven experience in sales reporting, MIS analysis, or business intelligence roles
• Familiarity with CRM software (BizOm, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word (PPT is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
