Senior Associate Finance

Job Description:We are looking for a talented Senior Finance Executive with 2-3 years of experience to play a key role in our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and budgets, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of entries.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist in audit preparations and coordinate with auditors.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial processes and controls.
• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet financial data and reporting requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide variance explanations.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
