Role & responsibility

Job Description, Personal Profile / Skill set and Experience of Candidate

• Accounting entries including fees, sales, purchase, inventory, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement
• Ensuring correctness of monthly entries, scrutinizing and carrying out of GL reconciliations
• Payroll accounting and analysis
• Preparation and finalization of accounts (as per Schedule VI of the Companies Act, 2013), liaison with the Statutory Auditors
• Preparation of data for MIS reports and Internal Audits
• Thorough knowledge of Statutory Compliances viz. Income-tax, GST, TDS and Profession Tax
• Knowledge of filing returns for TDS, GST and Profession Tax

Personal Profile

• B.Com, CA Inter or M.Com
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word) and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is a must
• Experience of working in the service industry will be preferred
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and well organised
• Team person

Experience

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the Accounts & Finance Department
