The myHQ Marketing Team drives this vision by building the flexible working category, leveraging user insights, and delivering impactful strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Market Insights: Develop and execute a B2B brand strategy that resonates with decision-makers across SMEs, startups, and enterprises. Leverage research and insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Campaign Leadership: Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, webinars, email, and events, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Brand Communication: Craft compelling narratives and high-quality content for websites, social media, sales materials, and email campaigns, tailored to diverse customer segments.
• Customer-Centric Storytelling: Create case studies, testimonials, and success stories that showcase myHQ s value proposition. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless brand experiences.
• Thought Leadership Digital Presence: Position myHQ as a thought leader through blog posts, white papers, webinars, and partnerships with influencers. Enhance brand visibility in key forums.
• Metrics Optimization: Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize branding efforts. Conduct regular brand audits to refine strategies.
• Partnerships Outreach: Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, events firms to amplify brand presence. Represent myHQ at key industry events and conferences.

Qualifications / Preferred Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B brand management.
• Worked in building a B2B brand / startup from scale: 1 to 10
• Strong writing, content creation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and branding best practices.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for building brands.
• Familiarity with design principles, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
