myHQ Marketing Team
The marketing function is responsible for helping build the category of flexible working,
listening to the changing workspace needs of individuals and organizations in today s
world and empowering them with the right environment to be able to make magic
everywhere, every single day.
We aim to do this by thought leadership in our content, deep understanding of our
users through constant listening and research, increasing their awareness about our
products solutions through scalable channels, recruiting new users to our tribe and
constantly increasing engagement with existing users by finding ways to make
ourselves more relevant in their lives. We believe in the power of user product
thinking and data driven insights and actions.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Development
o Design and implement a comprehensive B2B brand strategy that resonates with our target consumer group.
o Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness, credibility, and customer loyalty within the office solutions space.
o Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitors, and industry insights to stay ahead of the competition.
2. Project Leadership
o Lead brand-building initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
o Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring the brand message reaches the right audience via LinkedIn, industry conferences, email marketing, webinars, etc.
3. Brand Communication Messaging
o Develop brand narratives and key messaging that speaks to the needs of decision- makers and aligns with their business goals emphasizing factors such as flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and access to inspiring office spaces.
o Work closely with the content team to create high-quality, consistent messaging across all B2B communication platforms, including website, social media, email, and sales materials.
o Ensure that brand messaging aligns with the specific needs of different customer segments (SMEs, large enterprises, startups), adapting language and tone accordingly.
4. Customer Experience Brand Alignment
o Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure the customer experience is seamless and aligned with the brand s promises.
o Develop case studies, success stories, and testimonials that highlight myHQ s positive impact on businesses.
5. Digital Presence Thought Leadership
o Build and enhance myHQ s digital brand presence in the B2B space by creating thought leadership content, including blog posts, white papers, webinars, and speaking engagements for founders and leadership.
o Manage relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to boost brand credibility and recognition within key industries.
o Optimize LinkedIn, corporate blog, and other B2B marketing channels for brand engagement and lead generation.
6. Brand Metrics Analysis
o Develop KPIs to measure the success of brand-building efforts, track performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
o Regularly conduct brand audits to assess the effectiveness of branding activities and identify areas for improvement.
7. Partnership Collaboration
o Identify and foster partnerships with coworking spaces, landlords, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to increase brand visibility and credibility in the market.
o Attend and represent myHQ at B2B industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand presence.
o Work closely with the PR team to develop a strong media presence and obtain coverage in industry publications, showcasing myHQ s leadership in the office solutions marketplace.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in B2B brand management.
Strong research, writing and content creation skills.
Experience developing brand assets and marketing materials.
Proven ability to understand and target specific B2B audiences.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for building and growing brands.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Apply SEO best practices to optimize brand assets and improve online visibility. Experience in a specific industry or niche.
Knowledge of design principles and tools.
Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
