HR Business Partner

We are looking for an agile and hands-on HR Business Partner to align people strategies with the dynamic goals of our growing startup. The HRBP will work closely with leadership and teams to drive talent acquisition, engagement, performance, and culture-building initiatives, ensuring our people operations scale effectively as we grow.

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles to build a high-performing team.

• Manage performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and startup-specific HR best practices.
• Provide hands-on support for HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Use HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.

• Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
