Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Maintain precise and updated client records, including financial tracking related to the brand.
• Independently present strategies and ideas to clients with minimal supervision.

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with the account team to develop and implement brand communication strategies.
• Contribute creative and strategic input for client campaigns, including SEO and PPC initiatives.
• Conduct daily research on digital marketing trends, particularly in social media, and present insights for ideation with creative teams.

1. Project and Process Management:

• Optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to management and clients detailing account activities and progress.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Suite, and presentation software.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to confidently articulate ideas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 75% marks in your academic qualifications.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and PPC strategies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive actionable insights.
