The marketing function is responsible for helping build the category of flexible working, listening

to the changing workspace needs of individuals and organizations in today s world and

empowering them with the right environment to be able to make magic everywhere, every

single day.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Video First Marketing: Lead the development of video-centric marketing campaigns, including storyboarding, scripting, and production.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, user-centric content, including video scripts, video assets, and short-form engaging videos with hooks.
• Brand Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns that align with brand strategy and target audience.
• Brand Assets: Develop and manage brand assets such as logos, style guides, and templates.
• Brand Awareness: Identify and execute effective brand amplification tactics, including influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
• Social Media: Develop and manage SM strategies to increase visibility and engagement
• Storytelling: Utilize strong storytelling abilities to connect brand values and benefits to target audience needs.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in B2C brand management or a related field.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in video first marketing, including storyboarding and scripting.
• Proven ability to identify and target the right target audience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
