Area Manager

Area Manager is responsible for the assigned number of Branches performance, all the business parameters.
Manage end to end Branch Sales & Operations.
Frequest Travel between Branches as per the requirment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Performance Management: Oversee the performance of multiple branches, ensuring targets for sales, operations, and customer satisfaction are met.
• End-to-End Operations: Manage and optimize all aspects of branch sales and operations, ensuring smooth functioning, profitability, and compliance with policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and staff, driving performance and maintaining high standards of service and productivity.
• Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase business, enhance customer acquisition, and drive sales growth across the assigned area.
• Frequent Travel: Regularly travel between branches to monitor operations, conduct reviews, and support branch teams as needed.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key business metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all branches adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, mitigating operational risks.
