Talent Acquisition Manager / Regional HRBP

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end to end recruitment process at Regional Level. This resource will be working closely with Head HR to define hiring strategy for their hiring needs.

Role & responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for Entry level hiring, Mid Management positions hiring, Leadership hiring, Lateral hiring & Corporate hiring.
• Incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing till negotiation for entire Mumbai Region across all departments.
• Must have experience in conducting Campus Drives and capable of Bulk Hiring.
• Maintaining the hiring trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• High task and output orientation drive towards productivity
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Should be presentable.
• Preferred Industry - NBFC/BFSI/Consulting.
• Knowledge of recruitment tool & experience in various sourcing tools .
• Candidates from Consultancy Background will have additional preference.

Candidate should be ok for 6 days working & immediate joiner.
