Product Manager - Brand

Key purpose of the role: Play a pivotal role in improving the topline and bottom-line performance of the overall brand by providing expert advice and by collaborating with internal teams/partnerships to drive the organizational goals. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive marketing efforts, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve awareness and performance of the brand.

Job description

• Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to increase the visibility of branches to increase branch walk-ins.
• Marketing Strategy: Lead marketing strategies to increase ATL/BTL activities to increase brand awareness. Manage budget for marketing and monitor conversions on marketing campaigns.
• Improving Branch Efficiency: Drive the efficiency of Gold Loan branches to ensure that a larger percentage of walk-in customers get converted.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Monitor productivity of branches through marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing and devise strategies to improvise the marketing activities at branches.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement customized digital marketing strategies at a cluster/regional level to improve the overall performance as well as the hyperlocal performance of the brand
• Improving Brand awareness: Perform competitive analysis on the awareness of the brand. Incorporate customer feedback to improve awareness of the brand
• Campaign Management: Lead and manage digital campaigns, social media campaigns. Improvise the content for campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness basis conversions
• GMB Ratings Improvement: Monitor the performance of Google My Business Listings of Muthoot Branches and drive optimization strategies to improve rankings of listings
• Enhance Customer experience: Monitor customer reviews on GMB listings and take corrective actions to improve the customer experience. Drive the customer reviews on listings to increase branch visibility
• Agency Management: Work actively with agencies to improve the marketing efforts. Create and implement new initiatives with agencies to drive conversions

Requirements of the role

• Knowledge of financial services industry: Familiarity with lending products, especially gold loans, and a deep understanding of the Gold Loan Market
• Marketing experience: Strong experience in traditional as well as digital marketing
• Managing Partnerships: A proven experience in managing marketing partnerships
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for analyzing Gold Loan data
• Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Relevant experience: Prior work experience of 3-5 years in brand management, marketing project management, or strategy development, preferably within the financial services industry.
