Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end to end recruitment process at Corporate Level. This resource will be working closely with Head HR to define hiring strategy for their hiring needs.

Role & responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for Leadership hiring, Lateral hiring & Corporate hiring.
• Incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing till negotiation for entire North regions across all departments.
• Handling the team of 2-3 recruiters & managing the hiring process smoothly.
• Maintaining the hiring trackers & assisting the HR Head in niche hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• High task and output orientation drive towards productivity
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Should be presentable.
• Preferred Industry - NBFC/BFSI/Consulting.
• Knowledge of recruitment tool & experience in various sourcing tools .
• Candidates from Consultancy Background will have additional preference.

Candidate should be ok for 6 days working & immediate joiner.
