Role & responsibilities

is looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage office operations, including vendor management, asset management, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:
  
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Handle contracts, payments, and track vendor performance.
• Asset Management:
  
• Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate asset procurement, maintenance, and audits.
• Facility Management:
  
• Coordinate with building management for repairs and security.
• Communication & Coordination:
  
• Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries.
• Help organize meetings and communicate with internal teams and vendors.
• General Admin Support:
  
• Assist with filing, documentation, and office tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in office administration, vendor, asset, and facility management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing office budgets.
