Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, contributing to our overall success while developing valuable skills in the field of sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Help in tracking and managing leads through CRM systems
• Assist in handling client communications, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to closing
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to learn about the industry and sales processes
• Manage administrative tasks to support the sales department

Skills & Qualifications:

• Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• First 6 months: ₹10,000/month
• Next 6 months (Months 7-12): ₹18,000/month
• After 1 year (Months 13-18): ₹3,00,000 per annum (LPA)
• After 18 months: ₹4,00,000 per annum (LPA)Role & responsibilities
