Trainee - Desktop Support

Roles & Responsibilities:

• E-mail configuration
• Installation & Troubleshooting:
• Antivirus, MS office, Mailing clients and other software
• Hardware, Desktop & Laptops
• Network, Printer & Scanner
• Operating System - Windows
• Patch management for desktops, laptops
• Troubleshooting all network and application issues

Desired Skills & Exposure:

• Should be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Should be willing to take up a career in IT Infrastructure Management.
• Only 2024 and 2025 passed outs are eligible
• Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in weekly 6 days working pattern.
• Only male candidates can apply.
• Willing to work for a minimum period of 2 years.
