Desktop Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Configure LANs, install OSes, and perform network installations as needed.
• Troubleshoot printer problems and resolve technical queries from clients.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken during support calls.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of experience in desktop support or related field (hardware networking, IT services).
• Diploma in Computers or equivalent qualification required; degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of LAN configuration, network installation, OS installation, printer troubleshooting, and troubleshooting techniques.
