Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/ Bulk hiring.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Willing to travel
