Regional Manager - - Bancassurances SME

Role & responsibilities

The objective of the role is to generate sales leads through PSU Banks by managing regional relationship, new branch conversions and driving the regional teams to achieve their goals.

• Responsible for driving sale of insurance products through banks
• Motivate Bank Employees for Related (SME/Motor/Health/Other) insurance products And Generating leads through bank walk-in.
• Continuous engagement with partners for achieving the assigned business goals and maintaining regional relationship
• Finding potential partners and build relationship for branch conversion
• Responsible for motivating and driving the team for achieving business target

Preferred candidate profile

7+ year Experience in Bancassurance (Preferably experience with SME products)
