Role & responsibilities

• Business Development: Achieve sales targets and expand our bancassurance business through PSU banks.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU bank partners, ensuring seamless integration of our insurance products.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
