We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on BD Sales to drive growth, brand positioning, and revenue generation for Multicon Realty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales strategy, marketing execution, business development, and site visit management, ensuring project progress is aligned with market expectations and customer needs.
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and increase market share.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
3. Conduct site visits to showcase properties and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Lead client meetings, negotiations, and close deals with a consultative approach.
5. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.
6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company projects.
7. Manage digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to boost online presence.
8. Collaborate with vendors to create marketing materials like brochures and advertisements.
9. Organize real estate events and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
10.Ensure project sites are monitored regularly for quality, progress, and timelines.
11.Coordinate with project teams to stay updated on milestones and resolve issues.
12.Provide regular project updates to buyers and address their concerns.
13.Implement lead generation strategies and effectively convert inquiries into sales.
14.Use CRM tools to track, nurture, and convert leads.
15.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, trends, and customer feedback.
