Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Mumbai. The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Provide technical consultation to customers on product selection, application, and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil / Chemical Engineering
• 0-3 years experience in Sales of Construction Chemicals / Protective Coatings preferred
• Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
• Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
