Title: Sales Intern
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Employment: Internship for 6 months


Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic sales
team. This role involves generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales
growth through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will
be a self-starter with strong persuasive skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.


Role Responsibilities:


Lead Qualification:
1. Qualify potential accounts through outreach calls, emails, and other sales channels.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
Sales Outreach:
3. Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present
suitable solutions during the outbound calls/product demo.
4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
Customer Relationship Management:
5. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
promptly.


Market Research and Feedback:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
2. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
3. Passionate about selling products remotely through phone calls, emails, video
conferencing, and other digital communication tools to engage with both potential and
existing customers.
4. Proficient in Hindi and English spoken language.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
7. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
8. Outstanding problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work under stress and pressure.
