Business Development Executive

Job Overview : -

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
• This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as market research, networking events, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Sales Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the company\2019s products/services and their value proposition.
• Client Acquisition: Actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert them into new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close business deals and secure profitable partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies and client requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools and other tracking systems.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by management.

• 0 to 9 months,

Skills : -

• Good communication in both verbal & writing, English, & Local languages,

Mandatory : -

• Should have Two wheeler & driving license (DL).
• PAN card, Adhaar card, etc., Mobile device with a Android, ios version,

Working hours : - Monday to Saturday, 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

• Axis Bank, Location around Karnataka.
• Including Bangalore branches.
